The beginning to the end….

May 7, 2021. I guess I am officially trying to figure out, “What am I going to do the rest of my life?”  27 years of teaching.  The first 8 in a 5th grade classroom, the last 19 in a math sixth grade room.  All in the same town.  At 2 schools.  The last 19 have even been in the same room.  Today, I told my principal I wanted a change.  And so, next year, I may move to 7th.  I anticipate, this will be my last change and that is where I will end my career in 10 years. And then what?  Let’s see where this goes.
